What is AIMM?

India's First Institute Specialised to Train Managers for Multi Dwelling Units! AIMM offers Power-Packed courses over Focussed Durations in Subjects highly specific to managing Residential and Commercial Complexes (Multi-Dwelling Units). It provides vocational courses that will ensure there are MDU Managers with Greater Expertise and MDU Managers in Greater Numbers.

Who is AIMM Courses For?

AIMM caters to Existing MDU Managers, Aspiring MDU Managers, MDU Accountants, Employees of Facility Management companies, and Management Committee Members. Participants undergo courses with timings suitable to their job. At the end of the course, they take Review Tests, upon hitting the Bulls Eye receive a Certificate of Excellence.
